“Te hacen cargos inexplicables te hacen un cargo de 200-300 pesos más, sin motivo en la descripción de la habitación y la persona con la que te comunicas comenta que no sabe de esa situación que se cheque con otro departamento, el departamento está en buenas condiciones por el precio un poco de pintura no le caería mal ”

“Relaxing and really clean ”

“The condo inside is nice and is roomy with everything you need. Nice showers and comfy living room. Unfortunately they put us up only one story and near/just above the underground garage. So you can here the security guard talking to everyone when in the bedroom near entry. It is on a busy street and no real view (102). Try and get up higher and away from garage entry. Lots of Dogs barking in the neighborhood. So a little noisier than we like for sleeping. The security guard and office workers……

“Bastante bien el lugar, lo unico es que le falta mantenimiento por lo menos en el departamento donde me hospede, el aire goteaba y tuvieron que ir a arreglarlo, las luces parpadeaban, eso nunca se soluciono. Respecto a lo demas bastante comodo.”

“Like all others, we really enjoyed the view which is phenomenal. The pool is fantastic and we miss it already. The condo was lovely. Our favourite part of the stay was the beautiful beach. It was great for long walks. A couple of little suggestions would be to have a small cooler for taking drinks to the pool or beach as well as regular sized beach chairs, rather than the short chairs, for us older folks! We really loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!”

“This is the second time we've stayed at Tiara Sands and we plan on returning hopefully next year. It's beautiful, quiet, clean, and the tenants are all very nice. “This property looks like the VRBO post. The property manager is great and responsive to requests and questions. The unit was tidy and clean. The deck patio furniture was great, we spent afternoons outside. There are some challenges with the building. There were building water shut offs so no water for a bit, twice in our 3 weeks stay. The hot water had no pressure so showers mostly cold. The cooktop is very old, makes cooking a meal difficult. Sheets are thread bare. The gate security was……
