3 BR GL Pres. Villa at Vidanta, Nuevo Nayarit, MX

This beautiful 3BR unit (which is a 1BR unit connected through a private foyer to an adjacent 2BR unit) features two gourmet kitchens, two living rooms, two bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with two full size beds, three and 1/2 bathrooms, three Jacuzzi tubs, & two private terraces with plunge pools. TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. In total, it can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children under age 12.

This unit is located in the Punta (Presidential) tower, which is closest to the beach and where the Ameca River meets the Bay of Banderas.

The Vidanta resort in Nuevo Nayarit features numerous pools; over 40 restaurants and lounges, from casual to formal, and 24-hour room service is available; three golf courses (including the Nayar Course, the Norman Course, and the Lakes course which has lights for night play); a golf academy and driving range; a shopping plaza (featuring groceries, gourmet deli, bakery, wine, clothing, a pharmacy, crafts, fresh flowers, etc.); two relaxing spas; immaculate and well-equipped gyms; beautiful sandy beaches; live music and entertainment in various venues for both adults and children; Jungle Bay Kids Club for children ages 5 through 12; a Lazy River for tubing; a wave pool; and miles of raised wooden walkways for walking and/or jogging throughout this beautiful 2500-acre resort. Transportation within the resort via electric shuttles is readily available.

The PGA Tour Mexico Open is held at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta in the spring.

Included are internet access, gym and spa access, 2-for-1 basic 50-minute massages, owner's reduced rates for rounds of golf.

Local attractions include the weekly Puerto Vallarta art gallery walk (late October through late May); weekly farmers' markets for fresh organic produce, seafood, bread, pastries, prepared meals, textiles and handmade crafts; the Puerto Vallarta Botanical Garden; the Puerto Vallarta Malecon (boardwalk), featuring many quirky sculptures, views and restaurants/bars; deep sea fishing, whale watching, surfing, parasailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.
