Description : first floor of a new building. Large living room with dining table, open kitchen and single bed - double bedroom - second bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out) - bathroom with shower and washing machine - private terrace equipped with table and chairs. Air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom . Private and reserved parking space.
