Location: located in the wonderful MareVerde Residence, a noble, high-level residential complex located just 100 meters from the beach. Entrance to the residence reserved for tenants only, with well-kept avenue and parking lots. The course of Marcelli is only 150 meters away. Unique location!

Description: Ground floor of a villa. Large living room with dining table and sofa - independent kitchen - double bedroom - second bedroom with bunk bed - bathroom with shower - large private and fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where to eat. Double private parking space inside the residence.
