Location: Prime position within a residence, ideal for families as well. Swimming pools (15/06 - 15/09), playground, and tennis court, just 200 meters from Marcelli beach, with all amenities within easy reach.

Description: Located on the fifth floor with elevator. Spacious and bright living room with dining table and double sofa bed – separate kitchen – first bedroom with double bed and bunk bed – second bedroom with bunk bed – full bathroom with shower box – washing machine and private parking space within the residence included. Pets NOT allowed.

Swimming pool, playground, and tennis court available for guests, all just a few steps from the sea.
