  • Location: On Via Ischia, 700 meters from the town center and Via Litoranea, in a quiet and panoramic position. All major amenities, such as bars, supermarkets, and restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away. The Bistrot delle Palme, located within the residence, offers breakfast, aperitifs, hot dishes (also available for takeout). Right in front of the Residence stops the free municipal shuttle to the beaches and to the town center, very convenient, also with evening trips.



    Description: ground floor studio with private courtyard.

    Composed of living area with kitchenette, double bed, bathroom with shower.

    Outdoor area equipped with table and chairs where you can eat. Shared laundry room.

    WI-FI.

    Free parking in the street. There is an electric car charging station on site.

    Self-check-in is via a key box, for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

    Prepayment is due by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.
