“Came down for the long weekend for a wedding and to visit family. Wonderful location for us near family and not far from town. Great amenities. Loved having a fenced in yard for our dog. The temps were in the 80s so the ACs did a wonderful job keeping it cool. Loved the use of the google devices. Overall wonderful place to stay would stay again definitely way more comfortable than any hotel.”

“We had functions in Nashville and Dickson and our son and daughter-in-law were staying 4 miles away. It was just what we needed. I have one caveat. There is no bathroom near the bedroom. It was not a huge problem for us but we are pretty spry for being in our 70s.”

“Very relaxing cabin right on Buffalo River. Very clean and decorated nicely. Close to grocery. Host was very responsive and helpful. Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. We grilled out on the large back deck overlooking the river and the bed was so comfortable. Two sofas in the living room allowed for us to lounge and watch tv and read. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay”

“Glad we decided to stay here when dropping my sim off at his new apartment. The sunset was beautiful through the oaks. The entrance area a well manicured and lit at night, stunning. The space is clean and comfortable. The hot water is hot and the bed comfortable. Be ready to climb stairs. They aren’t steep but there is quite a few…what would you expect from a penthouse? “It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen.”

“Located about 20 minutes outside Franklin, TN. The perfect location to enjoy some peace & quiet. Everything was excellent. The rental listing was spot on! “The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!”

“This is a very clean and quiet home. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog Max. Close to town if you feel the need. The owner was very nice and responsive. We came to see Loretta Lynn's ranch which is a short drive away and had a late breakfast at Carol's Restaurant in Waverly. We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you!”

“This was a beautiful property. It was nicely decorated with plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. This was the perfect property to stay in while in town for a wedding. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice fire pit area due to limited time, but we would love to stay here again. The owner definitely went above and beyond and thought of little ways to make the stay comfortable.”
