I loved staying there and look forward to coming back. I recommend that if a guest does not want their room clean, that it is clearly communicated or simply put on the back of the “please clean my room” sign.

The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and modern. There is no restaurant and the room service food is very basic. The location is very noisy and the aircon was only on heat so we had to have the window open to sirens and passing traffic.

Good overall, but lacked that final bit for the 5*

Beautiful hotel in a great location, however there is no parking (parking is in the main train station). The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Sadly the restaurant was non existent which was an inconvenience for us.. but is local enough to find alternatives. The room itself was nice, however was in the roof so the ceiling was low and on an angle which was awkward for my 6ft5 husband. But overall it was good, just lacking those minor parts for the 5th star.

Would Happily Return!

This turned out to be an unexpectedly happy find. We were driving from Prague to Brussles, and we decided that we were too tired to continue so stopped for the night. The hotel was delightfully comfortable (best night's sleep I got all holiday), and it is located directly across the street from the train station. The station has loads of amenities: parking, ATM and even a number of delightful little shops where we happily found a delicious breakfast before setting off again. We would happily return! :)

Park Plaza, Nurnberg

Very quick and easy check in and out. English speaking reception staff. Very comfortable rooms with lots of extras such as iron, shoe horn, fridge etc. Bathrooms with large wash hand basin with great showers. Eat as much as you want breakfasts were great but same options everyday. Maybe some changes after two/three days. However, this is a minor matter. Fantastic facilities with gym and sauna both great. Very helpful and accommodating staff Location was brilliant - v close to train station and next to Old Town. Highly recommend this place.
