The room and the bathroom was clean and had all the basics that we needed. The WiFi is not good, I got disconnected all the time. The staff gave the expected service but not more - as guest you get a better impression if you are met with a smile ..... The general impression was that the whole operation is a bit away from nowadays normal standards.

A great place to stay

A lovely clean hotel, it had all we needed for our stay, also very thoughtfully quipt. The breakfast was delicious. AC available as it was hot outside. Very friendly staff and it's suited in beautiful town walking distance to the stunning Laon cathedral. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Alles bestens. Ein City-Hotel am Bahnhof hat immer einen gewissen Geräuschpegel, auch nachts. Aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Vom Bahnhof in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch in der Innenstadt ist man nach wenigen Gehminuten. Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß, aber sauber. Frühstück ist ok, nur teilweise wirkt es so, aus würde es nur noch Reste geben. Es ist alles da, nur teilweise einfach wenig. Z. B. gubt es verschiedene Aufstriche, aber von jeder Sorte nur für einen Gast. Und dann wird irgendwann nachgefüllt. Obst gab es einen Teller, was schon etwas armselig wirkt.

Einfach toller Service, bin müde angekommen, dann bademantel bekommen für sauna und pool...perfekt...das Hotel ist etwas für Liebhaber von Labyrinths, aber es machte nichts aus...alles in allen, ich komme wieder.

Hyggeligt hotel, god service og central placering

Super hjælpsomme og venlige medarbejdere i receptionen og i restauranten. Vi fik gode anvisninger til hvad vi kunne opleve i området og hvor der var gode spisesteder. Lå tæt på den gamle bydel og stationen og til trods for togtrafikken lå lige op ad, var der dejlig roligt.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit gewissem Historikcharakter, weil es seit 1930 existiert. Charmantes und aufgeschlossenes Personal. Gerade an der Rezeption wurde sich die Zeit genommen, um alle Fragen zu beantworten. Auch am Hotelzimmertelefon wurden noch kleine Problemfragen schnell abgearbeitet. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus sind leicht und schnell erreichbar. Uns persönlich hat der Schwimmbadbereich mit angrenzender Sauna extrem gefallen. Wenn wir wieder nach Nürnberg kommen, werden wir wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkommen. Danke für den tollen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Credo uno dei peggiori hotel che abbia trovato. l'hotel è un labirinto che per raggiungere la stanza ti serve un navigatore. La camera era a dir poco un buco, vecchia, bagno inguardabile, senza aria condizionata (ma c'era un piccolo ventilatore) e vista la temperatura del periodo non ho chiuso occhio dal caldo. Meno male che sono dovuto restare solo una notte.

S+T visit

Overall a good hotel. Only gripes were the bed mattress (springs could be felt) and no aircon in rooms (although a fan appeared on last day of stay). Staff were very helpful and couldn't have been more pleasant.
