Paradise!

By far the most outstanding property we stayed at in Bali. Stunning, tranquil, and luxurious! The service was superb. The staff attentive to all your needs. Clean room that invites you to stay with all the amenities you could need! Dining and room service were both exceptional. Spa treatment booked with ease and we left feeling 10 years younger!

The hotel is very buitifull many trees and buitiful plants, water flowing along the walking path. The breakfast was with very fine options served to the table and very nice view to the water infinity pools. The villa itself is spoiling with private pool, jacuzzi two showers and coptable bed. All is clean and very well attended. The team is very welcoming and always with a smile We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights and we highly recomand it.

They were extremely accommodating, I loved my birthday decorations and extras. Absolutely stunning property and the jungle experience felt very authentic. The staff was amazing, so helpful and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I would absolutely come back and I highly recommend!

Amazing friendly staff from front desk staff to the gardeners. Beautifully managed property to every detail. Rooms were so spacious, we stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa the pool size was so big. Breakfast options was delicious fro fresh juices to cuisine options. Cant wait to revisit.

This is a absolutely beautiful property with phenomenally stylish and serene villas, lovely grounds, and serving a fantastic breakfast. We did a complementary yoga class one morning of our stay and it was wonderful. The room came with a complementary bottle of wine (a Rose from Bali that was surprisingly pleasing) plus other complementary snacks, drinks, and a well stocked coffee service. The villa was immaculately clean and well designed. The pool in the two bedroom villa was almost long enough to do a serious lap swim workout in. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there is a shuttle every hour. The property is also a 5 minute walk from a large but tasteful shopping area. This was a splurge for our family but absolutely worth the price for the outstanding quality of the villa and the entire experience.

Stunning villas, good sized pool, exceptionally clean and well looked after. Near to beach, near to bars and restaurants. We will go back we were so impressed. Nusa Dua is a quieter area but thete are still bars and restaurants.

The reception service is very good. But our room is just one wall against the road outside. You can heard the loud noise of motorcycle every night until 1 am. Due to the open room designed the bathroom is open with just one glass door.I feel I am sleeping on the road openly. I have huge concerns over the water condition in this hotel. I start to vomit after one night after having the happy hour in hotel and fine dine bali night formal dinner. Luckily they have a clinic in hotel and the pretty lady doctor cannot speak English at all! 😭😭luckily the manager come to translate immediately. Thanks to all the help provided afterward. Bali belly makes me really sick in the coming days. The room cleaning team is really annoying. They keep on disturbing you morning and afternoon. I have no idea why they call me twice per day. I hanged the do not disturb sign outside. I am either sleeping or in the swimming pool. And I don’t want to answer the call!! The most ridiculous one is the floating breakfast servants!!! I circled deliver on 9 am. And they call me at 8am!!!?? Just to ask me when you want to have your breakfast! I cannot even sleep late!!! Told them after 9 am again!b You know what ?? they deliver at 8:30 am ! Then why you call me?? Do you have a watch?! The security of this hotel is also a big concern. The main door has no inside locker. Everyone can use a card to open it. And no keys for the house. So you sleep with your bed room door open. 😅😅

Wundervoller Aussenbereich der Pool Villas, wie man es nur sehr selten antrifft. Auch die technische Ausstattung mit Smart TV im innnenbereich und Bluetooth Soundbar im Aussenbereich hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Das einzige was mir persönlich noch gefehlt hat war eine Nespresso Maschine, weil ich keinen Instant Kaffee mag, aber das ist schon meckern auf extrem hohen Niveau... Es war alles Top in Schuss, sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Ausserdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
