"The staff were nice Property was beautiful but a little worn out. The check in process could be better When you first get in, there is a big negative shock, you go to a small hot room to wait for the golf cart to take you down. At that point the your view is really bad and you see some very old ugly sun beds that makes you question your decision but as soon as you as you get on the golf cart and see the rest of the property you really fall in love. I think they should really work on the first impression of the property"
Sea La Vie Resort Nusa Penida

"Bottom line is we enjoyed this hotel very muc! The room (A03) was cottage style and had a very old fashioned feel. The view from our room was a view of the harbour and Mount Angung. We could see the mountain top with the clouds below it and it was amazing. The shower handle was broken and the button to change from overhead shower to hand held was sticky. Aside from that the room was great! The pool was a 18 inches deep at the shallow end and about 1.2 meters at the deep end. There was plenty of sun for most of the beach chairs and seats in the pool for the poolside bar. The restaurant was joined and directly behind the pool chairs giving us the ability to transition from meal to relaxation at our leisure. The sunset can be seen from the edge of the pool but it is not a direct view. There is a dock at the hotel so if you plan to snorkel (which is why you go to Nusa Penida) then just let the snorkeling company know and they will pick you up and drop you off there. If you are a stay at the hotel resort type then this is a great place for you. If you want to go and the rest of the island it may be inconvenient. You can walk from the beach and town up to the resort but it is a kilometer walk and rough terrain. The drive is not a straight route and is difficult terrain but taxis go there for between IDR 150-250k. Lastly, there are a lot of stairs (a lot) This is not for walking disabled or those with health issues. Loud speaker was constantly blaring prayer music."

"Difficult to describe. After first night we were rating this one or two stars - our arrival experience was awful and the restaurant staff made us feel very unwelcome. We were so tense the waves crashing beneath us on the cliffs kept us awake rather than relaxing us. We planned to Just say away from hotel for as much of the time as possible. The next day was much better and with the staff on duty going the extra mile and we relaxed and enjoyed the facilities after all and slept well. It is a beautiful hotel such a shame our stay was made uncomfortable by difficult staff"

"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didn’t quite get a feel for a premium hotel."

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"La struttura è una serie di bungalow molto carini e con tutto l'essenziale per una vacanza al mare. Lo staff è giovane e cordiale, sempre presente dalle 8 alle 21. La posizione è comoda per andare a piedi a Mushroom Bay e ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare in zona. Anche la struttura offre un comodo servizio di ristorazione e in caso si necessità per un piatto al volo vanno benissimo. Bella la piscina e possibilità anche di noleggiare moto."
