Gorgeous 6 Bedroom Private Oasis Located In the hills of Pomona, only 30 Miles From NYC Bordering Bear Mountains. Tucked away between Beautiful Lakes and hike paths is our over 5,000 Square foot home. Sleeps comfortably 14 Guests. Very private Street Outdoor Jacuzzi Fits 6 Adults, Brand new Furniture. Memory Foam Mattresses & Goose Pillows that will give you an unforgettable sleeping experience and comfort.

The space
Your home away from home is located in beautiful Pomona NY; has tall ceilings and large windows for a beautiful private getaway filled with relaxation, entertainment, gorgeous views, and plenty stores, restaurants, entertainment and activities just minutes away.
Main Floor: Boasts an Elegant 2 Story Chandler lit Foyer; Fully stocked Eat in Kitchen; Large Separate Dining room With seating for 8 (if more space is needed we can add leaf extensions upon request before arrival); Huge High ceiling Family great room, Elegant Billiard Room (to be completed); Master bedroom With king size bed; Full main floor Bathroom.
Upper Lever has Full Master bedroom with King size bed with on-suite Bathroom And Jacuzzi with separate shower and exquisite walking closet;
Kids Bedroom With Double bunk beds; and 2 more private bedrooms.
Lower level:(basement) Is all about your entertainment
Fully stocked Game room includes Ping-pong Table, Basketball Competition, Hockey Table, Foosball table, Dart Board, Board Games, Building Blocks, Trucks and more;
One of a kind Movie room With the newest and sharpest 4K Theater system with surround sound system and of course wet bar with small fridge to keep you entertained; additional Queen size cozy bedroom, Full Bathroom.

Guest access
You will have access to entire house Including all 3 floors. No Parking in the Garage!!! Keep in mind the property has a long driveway so parking will be on end of the driveway with plenty of space. Some closets will be closed due to storage use.
NO PARTY IS ALLOWED.
Max number of guests is 15 and they must be registered in the reservation.

A refundable security deposit of $800 will be required upon booking. If the guests would like to have the house cleaned, service and sanitized at any time during your stay it will be $250 extra per cleaning service.

Absolutely No smoking of any kind inside of the house. An additional fee of $1,000 will be charged with any smoking evidence found.

Big house

The house was big and clean, but in major need of TLC. The theater room was fun and the room with the bunk beds was a hit with the kids. Almost everything in the game room was broken upon our arrival. There were not enough dishes for the 8 people in our party. There were not enough towels for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi did not have enough water and the smell was terrible. The back door does not lock. The toilet in the master was broken. There wasn’t a single napkin, paper towel, or spice in the kitchen. These were just a few of the things that put a sour taste in our mouths upon arrival. The hosts seem lovely, they responded quickly and brought us dishes and usable paddles for the ping pong table. They did not respond to messages on Shabbat. Overall, the company is what matters and our family had fun in the house. It’s a great size and layout for entertaining.

Spacious rooms and nice size house for our family

The house is spacious nice room nice size had a Lot of amenities. The hot tub was great but the pressure from the water of the jet streams had the pieces popping out of the sockets, the Wi-Fi was not strong so iPhone didn’t work properly, also there was a lot of dust in there so most of our family Members was sneezing and broke out in hives and rashes. The property manager was nice and polite, and available when we needed him. But overall everything was great I would definitely book again if he would have me.

A Nice Property

The property is great, and was in very nice condition. The hot tub had been snowed in and required us to shovel snow to operate it. The garage door opener also did not work, which made entry somewhat tricky. There could have been some better communication upon check in and to resolve the garage door and snow issues, but overall the property was great and we had an excellent time. My friends and I have already rebooked for another visit, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property for large groups who are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay outside of the city.

Nice house but some unpleasant surprizes

The house is spacious and well located. Online listing obscures the long outdoor stairway needed to get into the house and does not mention that TV is only by limited Roku; could not watch live football on Thanksgiving. Maintenence sub par, thermostat in one bedroom was inoperative; window shades in poor repair, let in too much light

Very nice home, but check-in and communication needs work

First, the home itself is clean, spacious, and the area is gorgeous. It is somewhat sparsely furnished in the living areas, but there is an appropriate amount of bedding and seating. The game room is nice, but some of the games were broken when we arrived (the basketball game specifically) - not a big deal since we weren’t there to play games. Regardless, we had no major issues with the home itself. The bigger issue is communication. Despite us making this reservation months in advance, we heard nothing from the hosts. When it came to the day before the trip and we hadn’t heard anything from the hosts regarding checking in, I became concerned and attempted to contact the host, but the number was disconnected. I then called VRBO and began the worst customer service experience of my life. I made it through to a rep perhaps 4 or 5 times, with each time being disconnected due to poor reception - despite my phone having full bars. I never received a call back. Eventually, someone from whatever department is above customer service called me and told me that their policy is that hosts don’t have to contact guests until the day of the reservation, which strikes me as utterly insane. The host did contact us - early the morning of the reservation, when many of the group were in a plane, still unsure as to what the plan would be when they landed - and check in was fairly smooth. However, we stayed over a weekend - which I assume will be the case for most people - and you should know that the hosts explicitly state they are not available Friday sunset to Saturday sunset for any reason. While I understand the religious reasons for this, there should be some kind of contingency plan for emergencies. Overall, the combination of sparse furnishing, broken game room, and poor communication makes this no more than 3/5 stars. I will also give significant pause to using VRBO for any travel from now on due to their awful customer service.

Great house

Our group of 12 adults and 2 kids stayed at this property for 3 nights. The house is very clean, kitchen well stocked, layout is functional. We rent a lot of large properties and this is the first one that we didn’t have to contact the owner with any issues. The garbage needs to be taken down the road about 100 feet witch wasn’t a big deal for us. We loved the park that is walking distance from the house. Hope we can come back again.

Garbage disposal issue

Very nice property and the owners/managers were very accessible. Prospective tenants need to review the garbage and recycling(if any) requirements. It is not reasonable to expect a tenant to take the garbage about 100 yards down the road in order for it to be collected. This should be the property managers job. In normal circumstances one places ones Garbage directly out of the front gate and not 100 yards down the road.

Clean & Comfortable!

I would like to start off by saying Ms. Frieda was a pleasure to communicate with and responded fairly quickly to my inquires. I stayed at this beautiful home with family from young to elderly and everyone enjoyed their stay. The game & entertainment room was a hit with our young kids & teens. While the adults enjoyed the pool table and outdoor space in the upper level. The rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds & pillows (major plus). I do have to say that there are some minor fixes to be made but nothing that was major to ruin our stay. Thank you Ms. Frieda!

Nice stay!

Our family had a wonderful time relaxing here and spending time together. Home in need of some repairs, but the beds were super comfortable and the kids had plenty to do with the game room and movie theater.
