hotel ok kwa kwaliteit/prijs, aan te bevelen

Een kleiner hotel wel met een zwembad en vriendelijke bediening zowel aan de receptie als bij het ontbijt. Gezien er in het stadje geen tophotels zijn is dit een zeer goede keuze. Kamer is ruim, badkamer ok maar verouderd, meer stopkontacten zou gemakkelijk zijn. Wifi is niet altijd stabiel. Ontbijt is in bediening maar ge krijgt alles wat ge ook vraagt.

Great place!

We had a fantastic start. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is well maintained, the breakfast is fantastic. They did our laundry, organized airport pickup/drop-off and it went perfectly!

Great spacious room with own terrace with a view on the swimming pool. The breakfast was big and good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The water of the swimming pool was a bit too cold to enjoy.

Nice Family run place

Nice little family run place with pool. You don't always get a "poolside" room when you book one as they class the upstairs rooms facing the pool as poolside. They will try to accommodate you. Breakfast isn't great and a bit manic but was enough and they are happy to provide more toast and eggs etc. For Myanmar, I thought this was slightly overpriced. Staff are very lovely and they offer reasonable priced trips.

Excellent value for money

Super friendly and helpful staff can advise on attractions and book taxis (e.g. we booked to Kakku and Heho) at competitive pricing. Room was clean and very spacious, including a small veranda with two sunbeds. All windows with mosquito nets. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage. Good location. However, close to the monastery so you can be woken by monks chanting in the morning.

very friendly staff, helpful in organising trips and taxis. We arrived early, but got our room immediately. Everyday they gave us lime juice and hot water to make coffee or tea. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, there is no way somebody can eat everything they give you (eggs, avocado, pancake, doughnut, fruit, toast etc). We would recommend this hotel to friends!
