On the first night of my stay we had an issue with the shower and toilet in our room and after reporting the issue, we were relocated and upgraded to a superior room within 20 minutes. “The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”
