"Construction around the area made it difficult for us to reach. Would have liked to know that they offered a shuttle from the Prince hotel so we didn’t have to walk up that hill"

"Had to take a smoking room. I’ve stayed in some before when there was no other option and it wasn’t terrible. But the smoking rooms here are BY FAR THE WORST. Everything else about the hotel was great, but if you book late and they only have smoking rooms left, be sure you’re prepared. "

"Good location for Odaiba. There’s a big Aeon supermarket near by. It’s only a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station (Rinkai Line) and there’s a bus to Haneda Airport nearby. The view from this hotel lounge is great! The rooms are slightly smaller but it’s a common size for Japanese Business Hotels. I have been staying at the hotel many times, and I will be back. "

"Fantastic hotel!! Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is great, there is an entrance to the train station right outside the front door. Also, the front desk will hold your luggage after checking out. Really fantastic and comfortable stay, 11/10 stars!"

"As someone who travels to Japan often, I really enjoyed the location of this Tokyu Stay. It is in a much less touristy part of Tokyo so the train lines are less crowded. It is in a much quieter part of town, but not at all far from the hustle and bustle of major areas like Shibuya and Ikebukuro by train. Overall it was a great area to come back to after a long day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and avaialble if needed. "

"Room was clean, yet very very small. Amenity is good. Though it gets crowdy, Onsen was a good touch. Staff were helpful. Location is good as it is right at the subway station, straight from Haneda airport. Be warned, if you have a large or heavy suitcase. there is an escalator and elevator to get up to the street level from the station. On the way down, however, there is a section only stairs exist. Wheel char is accessible via assistance from certain entrance. "
