"The hotel is in a building that is historic and several hundred years old. It is also the only hotel right on the square where pilgrims arrive and next to the cathedral. It is the best place to stay and enjoy the best part of Santiago. Breakfast was great, our stay there was a truly magical ..."

"Room available 1h late, have to wait with pregnant women in the car. Aging building. A/C terribly noisy and not working. Poor sound insulation. Heard everything next door, discussions, kids running, dog barking. Finally the dog barking next door, woke us up at 3 AM ! Really not worth 4 stars."
