"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s officially a 3-star hotel, but it’s better than some 4-star ones I’ve stayed in. It just got the basics right. Clean, well lighted (none of that moody, ultra dim rooms) and the inclusive breakfast is handy. The location is great, near Angel station, well connected by bus and lots of eating options around. I do wish that it has an in-house laundry, but not many hotels in London has that anyway. "

"Little noisy being so close to Farringdon station, but apart from that it’s a great location, lots of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Rooms were great, well maintained, clean and spacious. Only one tube stop from kings Cross makes it easy to get to. Had a slight issue getting my access codes but was sorted extremely efficiently by calling the helpline. "

"Hotel is pretty handy for Kings Cross and Oxford Street with good transport options. 10 minutes on bus to KX20 to Oxford Street. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable and a good price"

"It was quite the tiniest room I’ve stayed in but perfect for the solo traveller. And staff were exceptional. Greeted me for a bag drop off, left my bags ready for me when I got to the room along with a lovely, thoughtful welcome gift. And a tea trolley outside my door in the morning. Great location. "

"The Zetter was wonderful! The staff were extremely attentive. The rooms are large for London (sitting area and very large bathroom). The lobby/lounge area was amazing, especially the fireplace. The neighborhood was safe and clean and the Farringdon underground station is a five minute walk. The food at the Zetter is first-rate and there are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. "

"Good location near St. Pancras Station for the Eurostar. Fun being on top of a pub, great pub, beer, food and service with live music at times. But the room was tiny, hard to even move around, and desperately needs updating."

"Great location 2 minute walk from Farringdon Station. Walking distance to St. Bartholomew the Great, St. Paul's, even Tate Modern if you don't mind a bit of a longer walk. Helpful staff with the bags (there are stairs to climb and no elevator). Charming room with lots of character - and about average size for a London hotel room. "

"Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 older children age 14 and 12 and couldnt fault the cleanliness and room quality for a 2 night stay. Plenty of breakfast choice, central location , good pub opposite. so much choice when looking - 10 min walk to russell square station so would highly recommend for the very reasonable price !! "
