"Safe parking area and friendly/helpful staff"

"This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in and the cost was very reasonable. The facilities in our apartment were exceptional. decent kitchen facilities meant we could self cater very easily - it included a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The separate bedroom and bathroom was a real bonus and meant the whole areas was spacious. Alot better (and cheaper) than many Air BNB's we have stayed in. The views of the mountains were glorious as we were on the 6th floor. A truly beautiful location. Really friendly staff - helpful and thoughtful. We would recommend without hesitation and stay again if we were ever in Canberra again. The hotel is about a 20min walk to the shopping area which was fine for us as we love walking. 15 minute taxi drive from the airport. The only downside was that the space was so lovely and relaxing that we had to force ourselves outside to do the tourist venues such as the wonderful National Gallery of Australia. "

"While the room (229) was very dated to was extremely clean (9.9). The Air Con and Heating unit in my room was also new and worked faultlessly when I needed it. The room's walls are thick and kept the room both warm and quiet! The only noise was through the door as people got in and out of their cars. If you are intending to eat takeaway in your room get cutlery!While the room (229) was very dated to was extremely clean (9.9). "This was our second stay, and I hope we will have a third stay. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great, and the staff, especially on the first day was excellent. Thank you for our wonderful stay."
