「We had a great stay overall. The location is convenient—right in midtown with easy street parking. The apartment is the newly updated first floor of an older duplex. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and offered plenty of space for the three of us.The bathroom is on the smaller side, but we were able to make it work. As it’s an older building, noise from the upstairs unit was noticeable—particularly at night, with what sounded like kids running and loud footsteps well into the early morning...

「The property was great. We aware that the walls don't run to the ceiling in the bed rooms so there is a bit more noise between the rooms. Also the street noise at night is a lot! 「Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. Asked for a stand fan and it was brought very quickly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!」

「This property is older but adequately maintained and perfect for our family St. Louis visit. Great location and very affordable apartment in St. Louis. Attentive and accommodating host made our stay just right. We travel with our canine kids and Robert was very gracious in our request. We had challenges with the AC and our host was out to the unit within hours with HVAC support and had the place cooled down quickly. We did anticipate a fenced back yard but it was non-functional fencing. 」
