"Pre paid online but was charged a full room rate at check in. Pre check in was completed and my card in fuel at that time. The hotel asked for it again to confirm and bam a second charge for a full room rate. Pool was not open and the manager when we first arrived 25 minutes before check in was rude."

"The hotel property is a bit hidden from the outside. It could use a good landscaping and trimming all around. The room we stayed in was ok; the bathroom light flickered the whole time we were there. We mentioned it to the front desk and he stated he can’t do anything about it. The beds were comfy. The shower was hot enough to use. There were a couple of small mold spots there due to possible condensation. The carpets are suggested to get replaced. There’s other small nicks that should be fixed and/or replaced. The ice machine only worked on the first floor, not the second and third floors. The pool was freezing cold but a good decent size to look at. The breakfast was good; nothing fancy but enough to start your day (myo waffles, biscuits, sausage gravy, fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage links, coffee, juice, water, cereal, milk, muffins). If you want to stay out of the “city” and travel into the “city”, this property is a choice. If you want a luxurious stay, this property isn’t for you. There’s abundant shopping and food opportunities close by. For comfort of your own safety, there are “neat looking” homes nearby. Sighs… At the end, the tea across the front desk is not sweet; for those who desire sweet tea. Heh. "

"My stay was amazing, only a few things that could have been better. The front door was constantly locked so we were able to go in through the lobby, and at random times staff would not be at the front desk, and the water was always lukewarm to cold so I couldn’t get a warm shower. Other than those things the hotel was comfortable and was around the places I wanted to go. Definitely would stay again"
