"It was a bit odd that check-in was on the 12th floor. Room was clean, however the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were not replaced. Overall a nice place. Walking distance to the Fox, Powell and a few restaurants."

"Don't go here unless you have to. The staff is rude and unhelpful. There aren't landlines to contact the front desk. The bathroom didnt have a light in it nor did it even have a bathroom door! There was no remote for the television. Also, the TV only had digital channels. I don't recommend this hotel. I would of never booked it if it wasn't shown to me on the Hotel app. I actually didnt even stay the night do to the conditions. But there are NO REFUNDS"

"Clean room, comfy beds, solid breakfast options. Hot tub was nice and pool was warm. Busy place but well run. Location was convenient to many activities."

"We booked 3 of the exact same rooms at this property for $280/night and when we check-in, they told us one of the room can only accommodate 2 instead of 3 people so we need to make it work among ourselves because there is nothing they can do. After we went up to our rooms, 2 of them had wet carpet and cleaning supplies still in them. We had to wait another 20-30 min for them to finish up everything but our feet got wet from the wet carpet. They just said it will dry eventually. Later at night, the shower in the room that can only sleep 2 does not work so they switch us to another room where the shower did work but the toilet was broken. All they say is that there is nothing they can do until the next morning. When we check-out, they ran out of luggage storage space and basically told us to take our luggage somewhere else because there is nothing they can do. That's all we hear during our 2 night stay is "there is nothing we can do so you guys put up with it and make it work yourselves". Will not stay in any other Hilton in the future and I do not recommend staying there for anyone with their horrible attitude. "
