「I arrived earlier than expected and the assistant GM Mr Dexter was very accommodating with still getting me checked in and I so appreciate that so much. And at the end of my stay Ms Hailey helped me and she also was very helpful.」

「Did not appreciate self parking charges per day I think that is absolutely ridiculous when you're already paying to stay in a room and a parking lot is part of the facility that's just not right in my opinion. The facility was great the service was great everything was exceptionally well but the only other complaint that I would add to that parking is the parking lot is a very long walk with all of your luggage and there were not enough dumb waiters available for the amount of influx of staying...

「Check-in was simple. My daughter got there before us due to a few accidents and slow-downs. The lady at the front desk called and verified that it was OK and allowed my daughter to enter, thank the Lord because we were delayed over an hour! Everything was clean.
