“I definitely will be back.. Staff was friendly and nice.. This place was convenient and close to everything. I enjoy the free breakfast, laundry and the different amenities that offer! This is my 1st choice from now on when I visit orange beach. The room was awesome and came with everything you need for a trip. ”

“I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the……

“it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. ”

“The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. ”

“Our room was very clean with newer updates. The shower did have a leaking door and some water damage to the wall. Beds were really comfortable, but bring your own pillow. The complementary breakfast was one of the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Fresh omelettes every morning. Location was perfect and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Pool was clean with lots of deck space. The beach is gorgeous and easily accessible from the hotel. Would highly recommended for the……

“Breakfast was great! Eggs and waffles are the main events. We loved the walk-ability of the property. We were able to walk to the beach, multiple dinner places, Rouses, Publix, Starbucks, and Dell’s for Ice Cream! ”

“The rooms are very comfortable having a nice sitting area with a comfy couch, table, and versatile ottoman’s that you could either sit at a nesting table or prop up your feet on. There are two tv’s in separate rooms too. At the present time, there really is no choice of outside parking, only valet. There are plenty of restaurants and beach access in walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. ”
