“We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected.”

“Very clean and comfortable room. We travel with a small dog and had no problem with the hotel accepting that. My only issue with our stay was how noisy it was in the hallway - but that is not the hotel’s fault- just rude people. I would stay there again.”

“Rabbit Ears is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! The parking lot lights were bright, but you’d never know, as the doorframe was lined with something to keep the light out, so the room stayed dark and sleep was uninterrupted. My room was a river view room, and it was very relaxing to sit and listen to the river while reading on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I liked that this didn't seem like a "run-of-the-mill" Holiday Inn! (Not that I object to them, but it was interesting to stay in a more unusual facility.) I had liked the way it looked online, and it was well represented. This hotel is on an expansive campus, with indoor and outdoor pools. It's also out of the town, which we liked. “We always love staying at the Steamboat Grand but this time was a little different. First they were going to let me know as soon as our room was ready as we were checking out of a house we had rented for our large family vacation just up the hill from the Grand. (We stayed longer than our kids to meet some friends and enjoy extra mountain time!) “They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie.”
