This is an older property. We found the room clean and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is older. The tv was large, clear and there were many channels. Parking was fine but there is no elevator to the second floor and entry is from the outside. We did not eat the breakfast as we do no prefer the continental ones. I did check it out and there were cereals, pastries, bagels etc. The basic. Towels were brought to us immediately when we noticed there were none. For one night, I would recommend this place.

Parking was good. The grab-n-go type breakfast was average. Counters were clean and well-stocked. The poor rating for cleanliness was due to a very sticky bathroom floor. It was also filthy when we decided to wash it with a washcloth because we didn’t want to walk on it in bare feet. As well, the room spray when we first arrived was incredibly strong. We opened the window fully to try and air it out, left for a couple hours, and came back to find it was just as strong. My wife got a bad headache from it. When we complained to the front desk, they offered a different, “neutral” spray to use, which we declined. We asked about changing to a different room and was told because we had “used” the room, that was not an option. (Only the bathroom was used.) We were told that because we paid for the room through Expedia that they could not offer a refund, which we never even asked for. This was reiterated twice, and we told them we weren’t asking for that. Needless to say, the window was open all night even though it was a cold night. The bed was a queen on a bed frame with wheels that the “brake” was not set in the on position. No headboard. Mattress was soft. The towels were fluffy and clean. Shower had nice hot water. There was a small microwave and fridge which were okay. We would not return to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with kitchen, clean well working appliances. Bed was very comfortable. Not the newest carpet. Hotel centrally located. All in all it worked for a couple of days to stay and enjoy the island.

Staff was amazing. The room was clean and tidy. There was an aggressive smell of cleaning chemicals and what could have been laundry detergent was overpowering, so much that we opened the windows and doors to air the space out. The bed was small for a Queen size and uncomfortable. It was so soft if you got close to the edge you would slide off. Or id your Partener moves it feels like a small eatherquake. No headboard so if you were watching tv the bed would slide and the pillows would fall on the floor. Overall would I say here again? Maybe but would try one of the cabins or request a bed with a headboard.

Poor management and cleanliness The heater was so loud and roared all night and made clicking noise. The bathroom shower/tub had soap scum on the walls and mold in the grout, plus hair on the floor. The kitchenette is rusted and from 1970. The room was very loud due to no flooring. I decided to talked to the front desk and make the aware. I talked to a very nice front desk rep and she was very kind and empathetic. She wanted me to talk the manager with my concerns as well. The manager was not concerned and had horrible customer service. When I told him about the situation he Abruptly cut me off to let me know they are getting new heaters and as far as cleanliness... he brushed me off. He proceeded to tell me he was having the girls clean it. That's it. No "I'm sorry" or "this is unfortunate " or any kind of concern. Plus he had a smug look on this face. Not good I, then, proceeded to let him know that his front desk lady has more empathy and concern for this business than he did. I also let him know that he was a terrible manager and had terrible customer service. And FYI their continental breakfast is a joke. It was a 7-11 pick a crap display.

Room was dated but nice. The bed was super comfortable and gave us a great nights sleep. The little breakfast area had nice selection to start your day. Very convenient location to shopping and eateries. Front staff was excellent. Would stay here again.

Room looked like it nothing had been changed/improved since the 80's. Dirty carpet. Rust in bathtub. Chipping paint. Fitness room was a joke. Only two machines in bad shape. Not only that, you were not supposed to use it until 9 in the morning because there were rooms above it and the noise would wake them. Closed at 8:30. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice. Just need to update rooms.
