The location was perfect for visiting New River Gorge. Close to bridge and visitor center. The kids loved the game room.

Quiet & Close to the New River Gorge Park
Nice house and quiet location just outside of down town Oak Hill. We had several issues that were addressed with excellent communication with the owner. Those that were not resolved, we were compensated for.

It was nice
Didn't realize it was in a neighborhood since it said woodsy retreat. Staying in a home was so much more enjoyable than a hotel. It was a nice house but could use some updates and those couches have to go. The proximity to everything we wanted to do could not have been better. We were literally minutes from all the highlights. Too tired from adventuring to utilize the amenities but definitely a nice touch if traveling with the intent to sit around the house.

One of the best!
The owner is a terrific communicator, and the house is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and Oak Hill is a great central location for everything there is to do in that part of West Virginia. Honestly, everything was perfect and went smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! I highly recommend you choose this home!

Wonderful stay!
The house is located very close to everything. It was also very clean and spacious! The owner was extremely accommodating when I left something behind as well. Great place, would definitely recommend!
