A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is included in your total rental rate. $175.00 fee for each pet. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2.

For your added convenience, this home also includes a separate garage with a keyless entry lock using the same code as the main door. Inside, you'll find assorted beach equipment provided for guest use, along with extra storage space should you need it during your stay.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
