This is our most favorite beach condo we have ever rented (and that is A LOT). The set up is the best! Being able to walk to restaurants, the store and ice cream is wonderful!! Tropical treats is the BEST!Stephanie is very responsive and met ever need. We have booked our third year here already!!

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean. There was even a gift basket with sunglasses, sunscreen, and snacks for all 5 kids. Definitely recommend.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This place was better than advertised! Location to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc was fantastic. The condo bigger than the pictures show and was very clean. We will definitely be interested in staying again.

The location of the Sea Pearl is so convenient!! Its an easy walk to shops, stores, restaurants, parks and of course the beach! Great view of the beach and pool from the deck. The condo itself was very clean and bigger than expected. The host, Stephanie, was ver responsive to any questions we had.

Took a much needed weekend away with the girls! Beautiful unit and Stephanie was very responsive and provided everything you could possibly need or want - including welcome snacks and gifts! We WILL be Back :)

Beautifully equipped and comfortable condo

This condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Loved the outdoor porch areas, where you can sit and relax while watching and listening to the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. It had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and other beach essentials available. Parking is covered and well marked. Its close to many restaurants and grocery store. We would stay here again.

Wonderful beachfront condo

This place is in an ideal location- view of the beach from your porch, easy parking, easy walk by the pool deck to the beach access, and close to some good restaurants and coffee shops. We thought the place seemed bigger in person than in the pictures and description! The storage unit also had some good beach accessories to take advantage of, we loved having the wave boards and beach chairs. Definitely will be looking to come back here!

Sea Pearl is our favorite place to stay on Oak Island

Its a beautiful unit both inside & out. The view from the decks is wonderful. Its so relaxing to sit on the deck and eat breakfast or have a drink after dinner and watch the sun go down. The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple meal at home and there are 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Several places to eat if you dont want to cook. The space easily accommodates several people to sleep, eat and relax. The photos are accurate. We've stayed in other units in the complex and this is our absolute favorite!

Family getaway

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. Everything was clean. The pool was cleaned every morning and thankfully they closed it with a lock each night so we wouldn't be put out by loud noises or parties at the pool. We sat on the balcony every night and enjoyed the many couches in the living area. The beach was very accessible but gets pretty crowded, so setting up early is a great idea so you aren't setting up in front of others or in their personal space. Very pleased with this condo.

Wow, wow, wow!!!!!

I loved this rental from the moment I walked in the door. So cozy and very well decorated. The appliances and bathrooms are top notch. My husband has been a plumber for over 40 years and he immediately saw that no expense was spared in the bathrooms and they were very well done. The owner is super nice and communicates very well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!!!!

Perfect Beach Condo

We had such a wonderful stay at The Sea Pearl. There is such a difference between a family owned and maintained vacation rental compared to one with a Property Manager. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket filled with snacks and fun goodies, along with a personalized note. The place was spotless and everything was in working order! The views of the ocean and sunset were breathtaking. Side note: I loved the patio chairs and table. They were incredibly comfortable! This is our second year at this condo complex, celebrating our granddaughters birthday, and next year we will reserve The Sea Pearl for her 5th birthday. Lastly, Stephanie was so accommodating to us after we left on our last day. We had to go back an pick up an item we forgot to back and she answered her phone on the first try and allowed us in after our 10:00 checkout. Such a great experience, thanks Stephanie!!

This rental is a gem. Perfect for families as it is just steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The views from the deck are lovely. Super clean! Everything you need in the kitchen. Kids loved the bunk beds. We forgot our pack n play only to realize there was one there! Plenty of couches that recline, great water pressure in showers, tons of hooks/towel bars, comfortable beds, TVs in each room. Sweetest welcome gift basket. We plan to book again!

Always Perfect!

This is our third stay at the Sea Pearl and it won’t be our last. You can always count on it to be clean and have everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, but I think my favorite feature is all the hooks and towel bars! You can tell that Stephanie put a lot of thought into all aspects to make it comfortable for her guests.

Family Vacation

We loved the location and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The beach was clean and the ocean was amazing. We stayed over the 4th and it wasn’t overly crowded. The Sea Pearl had all the amenities, and we loved that there was a storage unit with plenty of beach chairs and toys. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The gift basket was such a neat gesture. The only thing I would recommend is better maintenance of the pool, especially in the summer and over holidays. It was a little dirty, and another guest had asked if the pool could be vacuumed because a lot of people were using it. I think it should be cleaned daily, if possible, when it’s the busy season. Overall, this is a perfect spot for families with children, young and old. We will definitely be back!
