「The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places.」

「Good spot, right in old city. Lovely place, I do wish the parking situation was better though. There is no longer any free parking in those parking lots. Overall would stay here again.」

「This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others.」

「I didn’t have the code for the door on the street. I stood in the rain for over 30 minutes trying to communicate with a CSR. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.」
