「The room smelled like a bleach and foul smell. The shower was full of hair had to wash before I could take a shower. We left two days before we were supposed to.」

「Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view!」

「Very disappointing compared to our stay two years ago. We loved this resort so much the first time that we returned and even convinced friends to make the 3-hour drive with us. Unfortunately, our room was not clean upon arrival. There was hair in the sink, food left on the pull-out bed, blood on the walls, and the floors were dirty. To make matters worse, half of the indoor water park was closed due to staffing shortages, and the outdoor water park was closed for maintenance despite the website...
