"The staff was tremendously friendly and helpful! The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable. And the views!!!! Highly recommend it to business and family travelers alike."
"Amazing stay. This hotel does not disappoint in value, cleanliness, hospitality and overall wo derful experience. Close to all attractions, shopping and modes of transportation. My preference for stays while visiting the city."
"Everything was amazing. Surrounding area was safe. The people were always friendly. The food absolutely delicious from the coffee to the bagels steaks filet mignon food was great. "
"Rooms are beautiful and very small but they are very nice rooms. Hiltons give you complimentary bottled water every day of your stay. I was there 7 days and they had water 4 of the days I was there but ran out on the other days. I hate the elevator system. Definitely needs to be brought up to date. The street outside of the hotel is very dirty and gross. I’d choose a different neighborhood in the future. "
"This is a lovely art deco period hotel close to Times Square and in Theater District! I stayed here 30 years ago and this stay with my adult daughter was memorable! Take and go breakfast was okay, but sit down in either dining room for $6.25 was great! We had a king room and completely satisfied with amenities! Can’t wait for our next visit!"
"My experience at Arlo Midtown exceeded my expectations! We stayed for 3 nights and the rooms were spacious enough and super clean. The place is modern, filled with art and amazing vibes! The staff was super friendly as well!
I will definitely be coming back here every time I visit NYC! "
