Nice and Quiet

Kitchen came fully stocked! Loved the large dining room table! Plenty of parking. The outdoor area was lovely too with the fire pit, swing, and grill. This place is 5 mins away from Swallow Falls too. I had such a great experience at this Vrbo!

Great Spot For Relaxing and Hiking

This house is located near several great hiking trails (Deep Creek State Park, Swallow Falls, Sang Run, etc.) and acts as the perfect HQ to go to and from them. We did mid-morning to early afternoon hikes and then spent the rest of the day relaxing and ending the night by the fire. Highly recommended if you are looking for a getaway with some peace and quiet.

Quiet Snowy Cottage

We had a great time at Still Meadows. It was close to Wisp but removed and quiet. Perfect for family relaxing time and snowball fights in the snow.

Quiet Peaceful Getaway

Great little house with plenty of activities and close to the lake. We were excited to find basketball, Volleyball, lawn games, board games, and plenty of Firewood for the fire. Just minutes from the lake, state parks, and will resort. Nice peacefully, secluded little house. Loved spending time at the house as well as getting out to the local attractions.

Country serenity

We loved the quiet and openess of the yard. The inside was very homey and inviting. We loved sitting outside and watching the sun go down. We appreciated the laundry tabs and the dish washer tabs. We felt completely at home and almost didn't want to leave.

Beautiful area

The area is beautiful and quiet around the house just what we were looking for. The house was very clean and had most of the kitchen items needed. Many yard games provided that my boys lived. The downstairs bedroom is listed as a queen bed. I'm not sure it's truly a queen it seems smaller.

Our only complaint is that the cottage smelled musty and old on the first floor. It might be the antique dresser in the room by the bathroom. All else was great!!

Whistler ski

Terrific house for a large party of skiers. We were a total of 13 and there was more than enough room in the house, which is quite large. It's a true ski out location just steps from the garage and ski in right to the porch with the hot tub, which is big enough for 6-8. We watched the Super Bowl on the large screen TV in the living room and the dining table accommodated all of us. Lots of other amenities in the house (sauna, steam rooms) and plenty of hot water.

Deep Creek Vacay 2024

The house is great, my grandson loves the air hockey table and the basketball hoop. We all love the big yard and fire pit. I love the swing. The cows next door are an added bonus.

Great little house!

Great place and close to Wisp. Really enjoyed our stay! Will book there again. Great location with fire pit and yard! Just one small issue - there were dozens of lady bugs in the upstairs bedroom. It was fine but thought you all should know.

Thanksgiving retreat

Had a wonderful time spending the holiday at Still Meadows. The made it special b adding Thanksgiving plates napkins and even two roasting pans. The home was spotless and there was an abundance of towels. We highly recommend this place for a back to nature experience

Good place to stay

The location was nice and the house had some nice amenities. The AC issues from previous reviews seemed to have been addressed. The only constructive feedback we have is that the mattresses weren’t very comfortable.

Wonderful place!

Just as described, very clean and cozy. Great location near Swallow Falls. So nice that they allow dogs, and yet there were no dog smells! Only complaint was that there was no basketball hoop (one of the reasons we chose this place).

Terrific little home. Off the beaten path but close to everything.

We had a terrific stay and enjoyed the house and all it offered, including a beautiful yard complete with fire pit and horse-shoe pit. Close to great hiking trails and just a short drive to Wisp. My only complaint was with The property manager, Vacasa, who did not respond to three emails requesting a late check-out (1pm instead of 10 am). I have listed several homes on VRBO and was always very responsive with such requests. I would have expected more from a third party property manager. I don’t blame the owners but they should be aware of this issue. Overall, the weekend was so much fun and we would come back.

Wonderful home

This house comfortably fit our family. There were so many activities made available from air hockey, badmitten, basketball, games, corn hole and more. Beautiful big lot for the pups to explore. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Very cozy home.

The house scenery was very relaxing. The check in process was easy as well. The items in the house are a bit dated so I would recommend if you plan on cooking to bring some supplies. The outside was my favorite part so open and friendly.
