“I booked a hotel through expedia that had to close emergently for a few days (water pipe burst). Expedia worked quickly to find another hotel room. Happy with the new room and expedia. Great trip.”

“We booked the hotel for the amenities(indoor pool) but half the hotel was closed, tarped and under construction. The lobby furniture and surfaces were covered in dust from the construction. I have requested a discounted rate but have yet to hear from the property manager. The hotel website should have indicated the hotel was under construction, pool and gym were closed.”

“No elevator, breakfast is minimal, felt unsafe, heard people screaming and yelling next room, door keys/cards didn’t work had to go to the desk 3-4 times for replacement. ”

“The man at the front desk seemed to hate his life. He was not friendly. At. All. The room had a sickly gross smell. Kind of like wet dog and bad food all mixed in one. The blow dryer in the room not only didn’t work but was visibly broken. We utilized the pool as we had been on the road traveling for 12 plus hours that day but even the pool looked dingy and not maintained. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the carpets clearly not had been vacuumed in some time. The breakfast was adequate,……
