Perfect home!
We all loved this home for our long weekend in Oakland. It was a short Uber to every event we to, and it was the perfect oasis for relaxation between events. The common space and backyard/hot tub are so relaxing, and the bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!

Great family home
Our stay was 3 generations,so the bedroom and bath set up was great for everyone. Common space was open and welcoming. Having parking available was great as street parking was tight. Private outdoor space was small but plenty of space for our small group. Jess was proactive with communication and checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Welcoming Whimsy
We were traveling as a family for a late event and decided to make a nice overnight out of it. Villa Pearl was more than we could have hoped for. Our stay was comfortable and easy, the house is very well planned out and delightfully decorated. My children’s favorite part of the visit was discovering the charming little piglet figurines tucked away through out the home. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful Pearl
The Pearl is a beautiful home, wonderfully and artistically decorated. The rooms were out of this world. We definitely felt like we weren't in a rough spot of Oakland. Although we didn't feel too safe enough to walk to the nearest park we did drive there and there were very friendly neighbors that waved hello.

Perfect for a group couples getaway
This was the perfect place for 3 couples to stay for 4 nights! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which were well stocked and very clean. The kitchen had all the comforts of home and was also very clean. The host was responsive and gave good local restaurant recommendations. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
