So this property is positioned as a very high-end property. The pictures make it look fantastic. But I think that they inadvertently or possibly deliberately leave out the fact that this house is on a very steep hillside. There's stairs everywhere, in and out. When you walk in the front door, you have to go downstairs to get to the living level and then back up to get to the kitchen. So you're always going up and down stairs. And then, the pictures make it look like it's fairly level outside, but it is absolutely not. I really don't feel that the rental rate for this unit is worth what is delivered. Yes, it was recently renovated, but I feel like they did typical or big box retailer finishes, but they're charging for premium experience rental rate. Don't get me wrong, the view is spectacular and the house shows well, but after a few days the other aspects really stood out to us.
