The host was very friendly and accessible. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a beautiful area with great views and beach access.However, the mattress on the Murphy bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable, especially for two people!!

Clean apartment with a great view of San Francisco and the bay. Located across the street from park, beach, and 15min flat walk to restaurants and cafes.Ideal for dogs, many live at the complex so not an issue.Host was nice and responsive.

My stay at Ramona’s place was really amazing, the view , the energy , the ambiance, it made my weekend so memorable, and yes the place was super clean and arranged before I checked in , and my host was super communicative with a gooooood energy , I am definitely coming back there again

Host was wonderful But we were outside for very long before she came an get us in Unit itself id wonderful too Clean With pets allowed some probably has accident s I have two male dogs They marked So, we spent $130 to buy a crane put the little guys in If you have more than one car, parking will be a challenge I noticed few cars-- bigger van, .. Etc stays tgere tge whole time when we were there Without my male companies. I wont feel safe walk my dogs at night

Weekend trip to the Bay

Had a wonderful relaxing weekend staying at this place. There was more than enough space for the seven of us with the location having great views of the bay and SF Skyline. Ramona was great with any questions we had.

quick get away

the place is beautiful. the bedrooms are big, clean place overall. the ambiance and energy it gave was 10/10. would go back again. when we were checking in we got kind of lost but nonetheless it was okay. the owner was kind enough to give us a bottle of wine for sunset.

Lovely location with a lovely host

My family and I rented this apartment for one night to attend a UC Berkeley graduation. It was nicely located, close to Alameda shopping and dining, and had an awesome view of San Francisco across the water. The host, Ramona, was a gem, responding to questions promptly and being the definition of hospitable. She set us up for a great weekend full of lifetime memories!

Great location! Great host! Best view of SF in Alameda!

Absolutely loved viewing the beach and kite surfers, with the SF city skyline in the background. From the balcony, the city lights at night were spectacular. Accommodations were great, comfortable, and relaxing. Very clean. We will be staying again.

Great location and great place

This was a wonderful place for three adults and we already said we would be back! Great location! Beautiful, warm, inviting place right across from a beautiful park and beach. Parking can be tricky at night. Safe neighborhood with nice people.

Would not stay here again

Listing for this property was inaccurate resulting in many problems for me. Listing said children’s items available like a highchair and travel crib which were not available. I rented this particular place b/c of these items. When we arrived after traveling from the East Coast there were no toiletries available, no hangers for clothes, no dressers or drawers of any kind to unpack for a 10 day stay. The Murphy bed is not attached to the wall and is shaky. Be aware that the 2nd queen bed is an air mattress on the floor.. There is no coffee maker, only a Nespresso if this matters to you. The view is amazing and the place is clean.
