「Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!」

「GOOD STAYING」

「We had a great experience. The pillows are so fluffy, too high for comfortable sleeping. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.」

「The keys did not work in the lock. We could not leave until someone came to fix. When asked why the locks was not checked out beforehand, the Host made a lot of excuses including telling us it worked the last time. Who knows when that was. it was there that no one has stayed there in a while and the Host did not check the locks out. I suspect either he didn’t care or because nobody was renting regularly. The place itself was OK but the lock issue made for a bad experience. And then your...
