“The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, our room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a good stay, but we likely wouldn't return because several of the advertised amenities (which were a major reason we booked this hotel) were not actually available. We stayed for three nights and were never able to use the hot tub because it was colder than the pool. After mentioning it to staff, I was told to let them know the next morning and that it would be ready by that……
