“I had a bit of a time getting in. Whatever was supposed to load on my phone would not, so I had to call the number outside (there’s no one on-site) and they were able to help me get in. The TV remote batteries had died, so I emailed the hotel, and someone immediately brought new ones over, The staff……

“A bit old and dingy and cramped, but clean. There was no info sheet in the room so difficult to find the WiFi password. Not very private and quiet as it was more like an Inn with a number of other guests in adjacent rooms that one could hear. The owner met me at the door which was a nice touch. Parking was great. Price for a quick one night stop and early morning start was about right.”

“The Dalrigh House was clean and quiet, and those qualities are important to us. However, we thought that "private bathroom" meant that it was exclusively ours. This was a misunderstanding on our part, and we don't blame the hotel for that. We left our towels in the bathroom, thinking that no one else was using it, and they were taken by housekeeping.
