Schöne Tage im Harz

Das Ferienhaus hatte ausreichend Platz für 8 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, es waren ausreichend Zimmer vorhanden. Die beiden Ebenen, Küche mit Esszimmer unten, Wohnzimmer im 1.OG sind bei vielen Personen nützlich. Auch die Grillstelle direkt an der Bode ist bei wärmeren Tagen sicher schön. Wr haben und wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus in Elend!

Ein sehr schönes großes Haus. In echt noch viel schöner eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Der kleine Fluss der hinter dem Haus entlang läuft gibt gleich Urlaubsfeeling. Wir waren mit 5 Autos vor Ort da wir alle aus verschiedenen Ecken angereist sind. 2 Autos können vor der Unterkunft geparkt werden. Die anderen Autos haben wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gestellt wo auch eine Parkarte vorhanden war. (7€ Tagesgebühr) Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen auch für deutlich mehr Tage!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt, alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Für die Anzahl an Personen (15) gibt es für jede ein eigenes Bett und drei große Bäder inkl Duschen und Wannen. Schöner Wohnbereich, beide mit Küche und Kamin und eine sehr sehr einladende Sauna. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden definitiv wieder kommen! mini Manko, Parkplätze, vor dem Haus dürfen nur 2 PKW parken, und in der direkten umgebung gibt es keine kostenlosen stellplätze.

Nette, ruime woning met een veel te kleine boiler.

Wij hebben met 15 personen een lang weekend in dit huis gelogeerd (feb 2018) en hebben wel veel problemen met de boiler gehad. 120 liter is veel te weinig warm water, waardoor de boiler steeds moest opwarmen, wat er weer voor zorgde dat de vloerverwarming niet kon draaien. Dit met temperaturen van -15°C buiten..... verder vond ik het jammer dat er slechts 2 auto's mochten parkeren. Bij een woning voor 15 personen verwacht ik minimaal 3 parkeerplekken. De oplossing was een algemene parkeerplaats op 5 minuutjes lopen. Beheerder deed goed zijn best om het ons naar de zin te maken, maar zou haast moeten maken met een oplossing voor voldoende warm water....

Wir haben das Haus für ein Wochenende gebucht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt mit allen nötigen Küchengeräten und Küchenutensilien. Alles war sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Betreuung vom Vermieter vor Ort war perfekt.

The key is obtained by a very unfriendly manager or whatever this woman for a function. Who on departure after 10 clock (set time-out) is still in the house, which is now with extra payment claims for the entire next day! threatened. We have the house almost 1030 clock flee to escape the threatened pay. It was only a matter of principle. We could have used another 15 minutes and then would have been out anyway. A time frame would have been safe there. There was no one to see, we would have hindered drying cleaning at work or other activities. But this is only one example of several unfriendly encounters with the caretaker. Otherwise you can say about the house and also the environment hardly something negative and the area is only recommended anyway. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend, and on the downside with the caretaker.
