「We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe. 「No directions on how to get in the property. I sent the host a message never to respond unless it was to tell them someome else tried to help me. And they didnt loke that. But couldn't help me get in at 10pm in 9 degrees with a kid and dog standing out in that. phone number isn't correct to call. I honestly wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever. By far the worst experience ive ever had!! 」
