you are a liar ! you tried to steal breakfast inside your pocket. all items has been provided ! we were providing fantastic breakfast buffet.

yours guest ! thanks for your stay. we are wondering about your documentation. according our records you did not arrive within check in time. you got a message from the proberty for to check in by yourself. We were providing a key box to check in by yourself. for your better organisation we recommend to read your mail account before you complain about your missing time management.

yours 3 ladies ! thanks for your stayment at our lakeside proberty. if you read our terms & conditions you will recognize that we have no 24 hours service time. you were arriving at arround 6 pm incl. check in service by proberty stuff. our check in time is until 7 pm. for your booking your are responsible by yourself. gps position of proberty has been given to you in advance. you will reach Hallstatt by public transport (bus) within 8 minutes, by walking witin 50 minutes. last ship to Hallstatt is at 4.30 pm. you can return by public bus til 7 pm. later you can take a taxi which is 18 for 3 person. you made your reservation with a booking channel. 15 % comission 10 % extra comission as you are collecting points for your free stayment after 10 bookings. 3,5 % credit card fees for US virtual credit card. in total about 28,5 % fees for proberty. you complain about price ! this is more than strange ! you left proberty without payment parking fee for your US truck (US number plate). you complain about breakfast buffet fee of 20 which has been not taken by yourself. If you go to german / austrian / czeck supermarkt you should know prices. Sorry, probably you go shopping inside US super market on your air base (without vat). according data securtiy reason we did not mention your base. by regarding your given review and seriously if you regard our given service you got a great value !

to prepare breakfast and eating inside room in not permitted ! we offered you breakfast at our proberty. this investment was not convenient for you. we removed microwave for public use as some guest destroyed it. if you want ot cook by yourself we recommend to rent an appartement and not a hotel room. for hygenic reason we offer flexible plastic mugs.which will be changed for next guest (hygenic reason). stone mugs will damage wash basin and floor by falling down. by the way ! at all destination where you found stone mugs we cogratulate for getting some problems afterwards, as they were not cleaned professional. your kind of low review is just small minded for missing a microwave. you denied to pay for hot water service. service has to be paid ! in our country we employ poeple that they can exist with thier family. for this service and for energy boiling water you have to pay,. we are not a social welfare company !

yours guest from india / usa, first of all we recommend to tell the truth ! you tell not the truth and we can proof it ! according our records you tried to leave without payment of parking and without payment city tax. you told it is included. we can proof with our records that you tell not the truth. you have been very impolite as we were insisting to make registration. you told to your son to make registration. we were asking you about all passports as you were insisting not to pay city tax for your children. finally one of your children was still not 15 years old (was younger). obviously you should show some more respect and tell more the truth. furthermore you were arriving after check in time. we offered you a self check in by our key box system. therefor we send you a mail message to check in by yourself. you were not able to read your mail messages and were calling for check in. we told you the code 3 times which was very easy to handle ! according our experience you have difficulites to listen ! after 3 times you managed it to open the key box. your kind of review show that you show not the real given value. your kind of given review shows us that you ignore rules and abuse other people for your shown ignorance ! by the way to avoid racist arguments / we have relatives in india !

dear guest, thanks for your stay. all terms and conditions will provided at your booking. as you can see breakfast 15 and parking fee 12 is seperately to pay. if you like refreshment you can have it of course. your attitude to get it for free ist not convenient.

thanks for your stay. we recommend to tell the truth. your credit card was not balanced / invalid. in this case your booking has been canceled. you were arriving at proberty. the first day you got annother room category. the second day you got your original room category. your kind of review shows your attitude.

you tell not the truth ! your friends of room no. 16 told you to come to receiption (you ignored). at check in you paid not fully amount at receiption desk. the next day you ignored to pay the fully amount. after the hotel manager contact you once more you were getting very unfriendly.! finally you paid the difference which has been not paid by yourself the first day. we can proof with payment receipt. after your check out you throwed your key inside room floor. we made picture of your dirty roöm if requested (everything has been throwed on the floor).
