"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. "It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes."
