Situated in an attractively landscaped setting, on the top floor with sea views just besides 10th fairway of Praia del Rey's golf course. 500m or 10 minute walk to "Pico da Antena" Beach a surfers paradise. Newly fully redecorated apartment equipped & furnished to a high standard equipped with central heating for winter months.
A large shared swimming pool & children's playground serves the condominium guests. Unspoiled beach a short walking distance away.

Within 1 hour of Lisbon and 2 from Porto. Ideal location to explore both cities. Near the enchanting medieval walled town of Obidos. Sintra, Mafra, the great abbeys of Alcobaca & Batalha are within easy reach making this an ideal base for golfers and non-golfers alike that want to explore Portugal in one go.

The area is renowned for its fish and many local restaurants provide excellent food - it is still a relatively unspoilt part of Portugal.

There is a small supermarket in the complex and local shops/supermarkets within an easy drive (10 min). Praia del Rey's golf course was voted 13th best in Europe by Golf World Magazine and 'No 1 in Portugal by the Daily Telegraph 2007. Renown Luxury Travel Guide voted Marriot Praia del Rey the best Hotel & Spa resort in Portugal in 2018.
About the property itself:
The large fan-shaped living has 3 lots of windows including a triple french window leading to the balcony - with its comfortable sofa, chairs, table, WI-FI, Smart TV, DVD/CD player, it makes for a relaxing environment. Easy parking right in front of the apartment, baby cot and babysitting available.
2 sun loungers.
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and an additional attic style bedroom ideal for children. 1 en-suite double bedroom in one end of the apartment and another 2 bedrooms in the other side of the apartment, one with 2 single beds and another king size double bedroom that share a full bathroom. There is a bonus bedroom with 2 single beds ideal for children and young adults.

The apartment was damp and smelt. No hairdryer. Only stayed one night. Had to move out. Rang Vrbo and instead of dealing with it you told me to ring the owner. I paid Vrbo. My contract was with Vrbo. NEVER AGAIN. I expect 5 days refunded.

Perfectly situated to take advantage of the Atlantic breezes and avoiding the intensity of the summer sun, this top floor apartment in this lovely resort community fit our family's needs. Our host was very responsive, and the apartment was well appointed with very firm mattresses and enough living room seating for 4, plus dining area seating for 6. The upper loft area was a curiosity, but not truly functional as the narrow spiral staircase was not easy to use. Washcloths and additional towels for the beach/pool would have been helpful. Don't expect the dryer program to work on the clothes washer/dryer, but the summer sun and the drying rack was adequate compensation. Lovely resort community!

Penso que relativamente ao quarto do sótão, deveriam ser mais claros quanto ao acesso para o mesmo, visto que aquela escadaria é complexa. E, o mesmo quarto deveria ter privacidade e armários, o que acontece nos outros. Penso que esta informação deveria ser mais clara para os hóspedes.

We had a great stay in the wonderful appartment. Big kudos to Ana, who welcomed us, gave us a great introduction and many good tips for the area and helped us with questions. The place is very spacious and well equipped. Only challenge we had are the beds, which are a little on the hard side - but Ana provided a Topper which very much improved the situation. Beach is wonderful to walk along and watch the marvelous cliffs. As mentioned by others area can have lower temps then surrounding area due to cloud cover in summer.. Bring light coat for evening dinners outside.Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren während der Corona - Krise im August 20 die Hygienevorschriften wurden sehr genau eingehalten. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

We were met at the property by the owner and shown around. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely views. The outside photos on the website don't really do it justice. The resort is very well kept and a good location for visiting Óbidos and Alcobaça, which was stunning. The beach is just 10 minutes walk away and is beautiful, but usually not suitable for swimming. I had only one query for the owner, and she responded immediately. I would recommend this apartment for a relaxing seaside holiday.
