Live by the ocean, beach life, play golf, swim in the pool, sauna and summer life in the garden. In this spacious 4 bedroom villa with large living room with fireplace you can truly enjoy year around experiences. With only 80 meter to the coast, 100 meters to the Marriott hotel with its many facilities and located on the beautiful and luxurious Praia del Rey resort - this is the property and location of choice.

NOTE: We live in the house now so from September 2025 we start renting it out as we move. It will be cleaned out of personal items visible in photos.
