"Our kids aged 7 and 12 wanted to move in for real. We did not make use of the spa's many services so our stay really felt like it was in a suburban home. Private carport. You would need a car or willingness to resort to taxis if you want to go anywhere; bicycles however are available free of charge."

"Inn was nice, but room was small. If staying here recommend you not bring anything larger than an overnight bag as cars cannot access the location. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and had larger bags. Our Uber driver dropped us off outside the walls and we had a 10-minute walk uphill over cobble stones dragging bags. But the woman who was on duty the next morning was very helpful and arranged for a taxi and the driver walked up to the inn and carried our bags down to his car. It was expensive...

"Last minute booking in Obidos - a quaint walled town. Pleased to have been able to stay within the walls and miss most tourists at the end and beginning of the day. Walked the walls, had great views. Charming atmosphere. Had to park out of the town, but still very convenient and easier like that. Guillermo (?spelling) at reception was very pleasant and helpful.
