"Its a little off the road. But it is a quiet area. No where to hang my clothes up except towel rack in bathroom. Place is clean they checked my room daily and made the bed. But that is probably the hardest bed ive slept on in a very long time. "

"immaculate well-maintained room with a hugh shower. Location is about a block from shops and restaurants. Parking is on-street only and can be an issue. No coffee in room but there is coffee available in main lobby, which was in a separate building."

"What a special experience! The Carriage House was as described and much more. It reminded us of our family mountain log cabin that was built in 1934 which we restored 20 years ago. Terrific host, immaculate and one of a kind. We highly recommend."

"The location did not disappoint. On a beautiful lake. Very quiet. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our group was compromised of 10 adults and one 6 yr old. My niece was thrilled with the bunk beds. In the same room with the bunk beds are some books for reading and a reading nook. She absolutely loved the nook. The sunroom is absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated. And the view from the sunroom is stunning. I did reach out to the host with some feedback separate from this review and she was receptive to that feedback. Our family totally enjoyed our stay. To please everyone is not easy or even expected, but in this case, everyone including my 6 yr old niece enjoyed the house and the grounds. "

The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. It was an ideal spot for a girlfriends’ getaway, and we loved how comfortable and inviting it felt. We left feeling refreshed and full of great memories. Highly recommend"
