Making Summer Memories in Ocean Beach, Fire Island at Squid Lips Cabana

Enjoy your time together in a four-bedroom, two full baths home. Complete with all you need for a fantastic vacation in one of the most beautiful and unique places. Newly renovated home with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, ice maker, and microwave. The house has central air conditioning.

Televisions in all bedrooms with access to various streaming services, including YouTube TV. Listen to the crash of the ocean waves in the distance on the screened in porch. Many family board games for your entertainment. Kitchen essentials, such as Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and even a Nespresso machine for cappuccinos, lattes, and other fine coffee options. New refrigerator with ice maker. Bring your own Nespresso pods! The house is also equipped with a margarita machine for your frozen drink enjoyment! A new barbecue, Bose radio with the option connect your phone to listen to personal playlists, and lots of family games are available for your enjoyment as well. Pack your personal items and enjoy your stay! Squid Lips Cabana is your home away from home.

Close to town and beach, a deck with outdoor lighting at night, use of bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagons. Outdoor shower on the deck, as well as use of a washer/dryer. Two hairdryers also available for your convenience.

Sleeps 11 (a rollaway cot allows for 12). This house rents to families and does not rent to groups. Rental period is Monday to Sunday. Weekly rentals are required by the Village of Ocean Beach. No weekend rentals.

Great Fire Island Getaway

The property was exactly as described. Communications were easy and Margie was very receptive and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Location was very nice, both close to town and beach. Overall, a very nice and relaxing experience fow my whole family.

Squid lips cabana was an absolutely great trip! We all fit so comfortably. The beach chairs, toys, bikes all made our stay effortless especially with young kids. The cart waiting for you at pick up was a life saver. Inside, the open kitchen and screened in porch became the gathering place and perfect for all meals. The house is located close to town that our little ones could run and make a fun game out of counting deer, but also felt tucked away enough that the nightlife crowd was not seen or heard. Close proximity to the beach. This house has everything you need for a great low key week at the beach!

Great place in a great location !

We rented Squid Lips to gather our family of 8 adults. The home was absolutely perfect for us. The owners supplied everything we needed to feel like we were at home away from home. From the kitchen with the island that invited gatherings for cooking and & great conversation to the outside deck that provided breezy evenings to gather around the dinner table, we all agreed that the house checked all the boxes for us. Great A/C, wifi and comfy beds and pillows. The bikes, chairs & beach umbrella got a workout as we strolled to the beach with most everything inside the cart and radio flyer that the owner provided as well. The ice maker in the fridge was a bit of a challenge, but the owner was very upfront about that and there’s plenty of ice available in town, which is literally a little more than a stones throw away. Having the Kuerig to pop in our Kcups for a fresh morning coffee at our fingertips was appreciated and frequently used! We had another family member renting a home on Ocean Beach at the same time, and even though their place was the second house from the beach on the ocean side, every time we gathered the families, we all ended up at Squid Lips. We highly recommend that anyone looking to vacation in Ocean Beach should consider this home for a great FI vibe!

Excellent Family Vacation

Enjoyed our time at this property. House was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for little ones, and two wagons. Screened in porch was great for enjoying the evenings with a great breeze. Upstairs bunk bed room would be great for kids.

A kiss for Squid Lips

This is a great property in a perfect location to access all that Ocean Beach has to offer. Fire Island is one of our all time favorite places and this house catered to all of it. Bikes, nice open kitchen to cook together in, back deck, outdoor shower, etc. The house fit two families with kiddos comfortably. Seamless arrival and departure. Thanks, Margie!

Beautiful Beach House

My family had a wonderful time at Squid Lips Cabana. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The house was stocked with everything you need and then some. There are plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys for the littles. It's truly a home away from home. The location is great too, right near town and short walk to the beach. Margie was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to visit again...Definitely recommend

Fabulous Family Getaway at Squid Lips Cabana

My family and I had a wonderful week at Squid Lips Cabana. Margie was incredibly communicative and sensitive to our needs, especially during COVID. The house had all the amenities you need for a home away from home including plenty of beach chairs, wagons, towels, umbrellas and more! We are looking forward to visiting again!
