"On the beach block, super convenient to beach. Negatives for our trip: 1. top floor apartment we requested was having emergency repairs, so we were given a bottom floor unit instead. People above us were celebrating a birthday very enthusiastically. Spoke to manager about noise protocol and how to handle. 2. After we were there a bit, bottom of socks were dirty, told manager floor needed cleaning. Result: Manager was very responsive to both issues. She said floor would be cleaned the next...

"My family (2 adults, 2 teens, and dog) loved our week here. There is plenty of room to spread out. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and work well. We loved how close we were to shops and the boardwalk. The cafe below is amazing and the staff is great. The porch is lovely to sit out on. The owners are super nice an responsive. This is an excellent property and we are already looking forward to next year!"

"OCNJ beach weekend was a fun time! Villa is super close to boardwalk and beach. Plenty of space for family of five to hang out. Balcony has great size table for games or cards. Enjoyed the music for flag raising from pier in the mornings w/ cup of coffee."

"Smaller than anticipated but comfy and clean. Some neighbors/owners weren’t very friendly. Only 1 and 1/3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 women for a 4 night stay. Needless to say we had to buy our own. Mini fridge door needed to be propped closed since the seal didn’t work. A bit expensive for what you get. Parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle."

It was a tad sparse with the decor- the white walls could have used a picture or 2 to warm up the space & we wish we had another mirror (particularly floor length) other than the bathroom but all in all, a simple beauty. "A terrific weekend away with my 15-20 year old kids. Proximity to boardwalk was fabulous. They loved it. Very comfortable. No frills but just what we were looking for. The manager was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. My only wish would have been for a slightly better equipped kitchen. (Ie dish towel, serving bowl, kettle etc). However, I would most definitely come back and bring those extra items with me now that I know."

"Hotel appears to be using VRBO to upcharge for their apartments. We had no idea we were booking Tahiti Inn until we received check-in e-mail. The same type of apartment on the same dates was available for $300 less per night through the Tahiti Inn website if we would have known that is what we were booking."
