I liked the kitchen, comfy couch and washer and dryer. The bathrooms are stuck in the 1980s. Carpet was stained. Updates needed.

We love staying at the Carousel, just wish this unit was updated a little. Could have been a tad been cleaner but we had a ton of fun. Would be a plus if the outdoor pool was open later than 8:00pm and a bit larger with the amount of guests there are.

Lovely oceanfront condo with plenty of room for three adults. Everything was in working order and the unit was very clean. Appreciated the extra blankets in the closets. Also love the convenient proximity to grocery store, shopping and restaurants.

We knew this property was a little dated but when we arrived it was worse than we thought. This property needs a deep cleaning as it is not only dated but dirty. We had to call and have the cleaners come back (and the management company was very responsive) but the cleaners still did not do a good job. Toothpaste in the sink from the previous guests. “Something” stuck on the outside of the toilet, Soda/juice on the kitchen floor. Not to mention the mold in the showers and stains all over the carpets. Thank goodness the linens were from another company because they were very nice and clean. Would not stay here again and suggest a MAJOR cleaning before anyone subjects themselves to this unit!

Reviewer Comments: The hotel property grounds and condo were amazing with good location and view facing the ocean. This is our fifth trip to Ocean City and one of the nicer places we have stayed. Management company did their best to have the room ready as soon as possible for us as we were coming from Ohio and getting in OC at 10am by 1:30pm they had it ready for us. Overall wonderful day and would recommend or come back again.

The positives-The location was perfect. The property itself was great for the kids. A bounce house was present on Thursday. The baby pool was perfect. The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed in terms of pots and pans and cutlery. Having a porch for both Sunrise and sunset was AMAZING! The linens were perfect. The negatives but to no fault of the owner. There is a huge fan/ machine as you look at the beach which throws off a lot of noise, so there is no beach/ water sounds of the waves. The compressor outside of the room is super loud. I was warned about the toilet paper but to be honest I expected a full roll in both bathrooms but got a QTR of a roll instead. Bring your own TP. Also bring garbage bags as only 2 were available.
